Okay crowd just erupted. Word is one GOP Wisc senator, Dale Schulz, said he won't vote for the walker bill. trying to confirm now

Does that mean they only need one more? I also don't tend to trust Republcians, for all I know they will say one thing, then do another. I can see Walker saying..Okay help us get the 14 back from Illinois "and then..WE WILL NAIL THE BASTARDS."

Meh.. I wouldn't trust a Republican as far as I could throw one.

8. My thoughts too.
They can't really be trusted at this point, esp. after what Walker said on the phone. I wouldn't put it past them to try any tricks to get the 14 back in.

9. Remember Schulz was the one who authored the "compromise"
to sunset the anti-union provisions in 2013. A bogus piece of pseudo-legislation, IMO.

And, not to put too fine a point on this, but his wife is a superintendant of a public school.

10. Superintendents would love to have unions gone. They are just
about the biggest problem in education.
