1. I never really watched him when he was on Fox (is he still on there?)

but I heard he seemed to be somewhat of a milquetoast according to Al Franken and other sources. He seems pretty ballsy on his own radio program, however. I love how he shuts down the freeps.

Maybe since they aren't signing his checks anymore he realizes that he's no longer required to take a dive.

I wouldn't want to be on a show where I had to essentially "take a dive" every night. That would get pretty humiliating after awhile. I'm glad he's moved on.
