His color and stupidity are simple sidebars to his dishonest behavior.

Other black people don't sexually harrass their employees and get away with it.

I think some person who actually has an IQ of 50 could make better decisions from a moral standpoint than this guy has been doing. The fact that he obviously tests higher than that but doesn't have any common decency is what I personally find offensive.
