Is it time to bring in the Wisconsin Army National Guard?
It seems that with recent activity, Gov. Walker has successfully amassed a police force willing to keep the citizens of Wisconsin out of their own capital.

Is it time for Obama to bring in the reserves? Something has to be done to move Walkers buddies out of the way.

2. Can anyone say with authority that Walker has broken the law? I keep hearing both....
That he is breaking it and that he isn't.

6. On Ed Schultz's show John Nichols said there were hearings all
day today and will continue tomorrow about the governor violating the order to let the people into the capitol building. John also said he had walked around the capitol and people were not allowed access and 50 or so were sleeping in sleeping bags outside at the entrance! It was his opinion that no judge would find in favor of Walker.

24. There must be a lot of witness accounts to hear in regard to the lengths Walker has
gone to in violating the judge's restraint order. Otherwise, why would the hearing last several days; it only takes a glance at the newly-erected concrete moat to see that there was an obvious violation.

17. Holy Christ. If only it was that easy.
The US would be a wonderland and people like Bush and Cheney would be rotting in prison cells.

22. He's currently being protected by an army of law enforcement officials.
I doubt you could get within 10 feet of his person without being tasered and/or shot.

23. C'mon HH
This ain't Canada. This is America in 2011.

Democratic Governors get arrested and charged (see Blagojevitch, Siegelmann, etc.), but not Republicans.

It's a new world. But I shouldn't be telling you this.

30. My point is just that they should be pressing the police HARD to do this.
Or the local DA, or however it works there.

All we need is a few companies.

15. Under normal conditions, yes. But the Guard can be nationalized.
Placing them under direct control of the US Commander in Chief.

If Obama brought in the Guard, it would go down in the history books.
