the only reason they are there, going... what do we do? Is... there is no threat to people... at the moment. And realistically that thing going down stream can pose a risk to people and property.

or rather, I learned to cherish the dull moments.
We used to tell the young bucks who went, I WANT TO GO OUT!
Remember, you going out means somebody is sick or hurt... even perhaps dead...
I also gave orders to my people, oy the jokes, to do them away from civilians. Let's just say most people woud not appreciate them.
And that Porche will be the highlight of the station too, once they figured out how to SAFELY fish it out.
