My WI Congressman ( Ron Kind's office) and I need some help determining if a man is alive or dead.
Many people and organizations have joined us in this effort-including some DUers.
Below is a 1988 newspaper article photo of the man.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

1. These are all the "Krienert"s I could find in the Social Security Death Index...
http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi

Is the spelling correct? I'm a reference librarian and I may be able to help you out, but the surest source is the SSDI...and this is all they had. The first name retrieved no results.

2. He goes/went by the name Eugene "Tiny" Krienert
When my Congressman's office spent an entire day trying to determine a simple fact like that and failed I got the green light.

Btw, for the record this started in August of 2009 with my Congressman's office-but actually goes back 42 years.

5. One last note-2 Wisconsin State Senators (Kapanke and Hansen) are aware of my efforts.

Hansen is one of the "Fab14". Kapanke verified to me he had seen this pic.

8. All else aside want to assist us-my Congressman's office and many others are focused on the status
of "Tiny" now-including past and current law enforcement.

9. As a side note-Gov. Walker did discuss he thought about using operatives in that prank call
Walker thought was from David Koch.

10. In your 2003 thread...
You indicate he claimed to be a bounty hunter named "Tiny Boyles".

Googling 'Tiny Boyles' indicates his real name was "William Boyles".

Googling "William Boyles" and "bounty Hunter" returns many results, including pubished books:

11. One tree on Ancestry lists a Eugene Norman Krienert
Living so the personal information is suppressed. His mother, with the same last name as her maiden name, is also still listed as living. Father listed as Norman Eugene Dather, also living. Her parents are listed as dead.

There is no contact information for the person who posted that tree - they may have posted it before the website was purchased by Ancestry.

13. This man did, in fact, walk free from a federal grand jury held in Milwaukee in 1970.
At that time many people testified to the fact that he was a murderer and human trafficker, yet he was never charged with anything.

I remember him, so do others involved in this simple search to determine if he's still living.

It's about justice and the fact that there is no statute of limitations in The United States of America for murder.

It's possible that he is in a federally protected witness program, but no one knows for sure.

Keep this thread kicked if you want to help those of us involved in this effort.

14. Congressman's Kind's WI CoS Loren Kannenberg is interested because
he couldn't find out this man's status last December.
An attorney was also present-so this isn't about me it's about justice.

Both Mr. Kannenberg and the attorney heard me state that this "Tiny" did, in fact walk free from a federal grand jury in Milwaukee in 1970 and that people testified that he commited a murder and was engaged in human trafficking.

Join us in our efforts, which will continue regardless of all else. It's about justice for all.

24. I'm going to try to be in Madison tomorrow with some former organized corrections people
and meet up with current and past law enforcement members that are involved in our search.

If I don't get to Madison there are many other places to enlist volunteers in this tiny bit of justice seeking.

This man represents to me, for one, what Walker "thought" about opening up Wisconsin to do "business" with in that pranked "David Koch" phone call.
