Tsuanami warning includes most of Canada!
Go figure. It must be because an election is in the air and the government doesn't want to miss out on any impacted or non-impacted area

4. In SE Sask we're in the middle of a blizzard, strong winds and snow.
Manitoba had a severe weather bulletin issued hours ago, people are stranded on the highways afraid to drive further. No tsunami, but not a nice March day. Somebody messed up.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PRAIRIES IS
SPREADING A MIXED BAG OF PRECIPITATION OVER THE MANITOBA LAKES TODAY.
THE SOUTHERN LAKES WILL SEE RAIN OR FREEZING RAIN THIS MORNING
CHANGING TO SNOW THIS AFTERNOON AS COLDER AIR IS DRAWN INTO THE
SYSTEM. THE PRECIPITATION WILL FALL AS SNOW OVER THE NORTHERN LAKES
WITH 10 CM EXPECTED TODAY.

AS THIS STORM INTENSIFIES..VERY STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS OF 50 GUSTING
70 KM/H WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE NORTH BASIN OF LAKE
WINNIPEG AND LAKE MANITOBA AND THIS EVENING OVER THE SOUTH BASIN OF
LAKE WINNIPEG. THIS WILL PRODUCE WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW...WITH NEAR-ZERO VISIBILITY EXPECTED. THE BLIZZARD WILL
CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, TAPERING OFF TOWARDS SATURDAY MORNING
AS WINDS DIMINISH.

PLEASE REFER TO THE LATEST PUBLIC FORECASTS FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
