Homeland INSECURITY Declares ITSELF EXEMPT From Constitution |

:smoke: DHS: We Have the Authority to Routinely Strip-Search Air Travelers
The Department of Homeland Security told a federal court that the agency believes it has the legal authority to strip search every air traveler. The agency made the claim at oral argument in EPIC's lawsuit to suspend the airport body scanner program. The agency also stated that it believed a mandatory strip search rule could be instituted without any public comment or rulemaking. EPIC President Marc Rotenberg urged the Washington, DC appeals court to suspend the body scanner program, noting that the devices are "uniquely intrusive" and ineffective.
EPIC's opening brief http://epic.org/EPIC_Body_Scanner_OB.pdf
in the case states that the Department of Homeland Security "has initiated the most sweeping, the most invasive, and the most unaccountable suspicionless search of American travelers in history," and that such a change in policy demands that the TSA conduct a notice-and-comment rule making process.
The case is EPIC v. DHS, No. 10-1157. For more information,

1. K&R- DHS is THE most anti American organization in the USA-they have |
|
They have powers that are clearly unconstitutional, and they use them routinely.
One thing about Mr. Obama that I cannot stand is how much he loves the DHS.

When the electorate itself stops needing only attorneys to run for the Congress or the Senate.
When the electorate itself doesn't require a person to have a Master's degree or affiliation with Ivy League colleges.
I thought we had arrived at that point when community-activist Barack Obama ran for the Seante and then became President. (I know he had a law degree, but he played up his community activism during 2004 and 2008.)
But I fail to see a bit of community activism in him as he acts now.

14. This is what we've come to in America. A fucking capitalist taliban |
|
playing with our dicks and making us enjoy the freedom of slavitude as we once were 'free to travel about the country'. 9/11 caused our govt to lose their fucking minds. NSA, CIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, blah blah blah...no NOT enough departments! Must have a dept to purely waste money on and scare the living fuck out of American civilians. Of course they think they are in the right! They are going by the GWB laws that says you can 'fuck up anyone ya want to'.
