It sounds like Alex Jones reading the commercial. Voiceover on video is creepier. Not really any video as far as I went, more slideshow of text.

it's a long sales pitch with little substance behind it
not to say that total economic collapse could not happen - we are definitely on that path - but you're not going to understand why from the video.
