The Joe McGinniss book cover is out – and if the cover is any indication of what’s in the book about Sarah Palin, it doesn’t look positive.

The book is set to be released Sept. 20, and all indications are that Palin will blast the author for its contents. She has frequently attacked McGinniss since the author moved into the house next to her last summer during his research for the book.

2. I remember Palin pointing to where McGinniss was staying

next door and complaining that him being next door invaded her privacy. She said this on camera while shooting her reality show.
