8th Anniversary of the Iraq War
Hardly even noticed on the mainstream media today.
In fact, I didn't even see one report on it.
Maybe that was because I wasn't watching the "Shock and Awe" channel today.

May gawd forgive George Bush.
Because I sure as hell never will!!

1. Anybody seen Rummy?
In late 2002, Rumsfeld said, "It could last six days, six weeks. I doubt six months."

6. Yup, that's what he said all righty.
But, no one seems to give a damn about it.

2. In honor of this shitty occasion:
Feb 7 2003

Mr Rumsfeld is in Europe to try to gain backing for possible military action against Iraq.

"It could last six days, six weeks. I doubt six months," he said, speaking at the American air base at Aviano, in northern Italy.

3. I didn't need the media to help me observe the anniversary
I just go with what Dear Leader proscribes. I lit off a few missiles, kicked a soccer ball around with a few slum kids and checked my NCAA bracket a few times.

Good times man, good times.

7. Exactly how many troops and contractors do we have there now?
And what the hell is their mission? It's amazing how this information is swept under the rug so easily.
