Undisputed champion of astoundingly blatant hypocritical manipulation of the American public? |
|
"Don't let the evil, petty, jealous liberals convince you to hate billionaires. Can't you see it's the greedy thousandaire teachers and firefighters with decent health care who are ruining this country?!!!!!"
Seriously, how has this not caused wholesale rejection of the right wing as an unredeemable laughing stock throughout the populace? I mean, I do fault the left for not relentlessly shining a million watt spotlight on it, but should they even have to?

It's the other people that are not part of your group or tribe that are the problem. Those white billionaires are one of you. Tribalism is a very strong human instinct.

2. I get the idea of tribalism, but how are the billionaires "one of us" more-so than the workers, also |
|
primarily white, I believe.

3. There is a new meme out there that union leadership are no better than billionaires. They |
|
both agitate for what will get them more power and money...the union guy's agenda is no better than the billionaire who outsources or agitates to reduce his taxes... I call this Amoral relativism.
