CIGNA just sold their Nashville based Medicare operations. |
CIGNA just got out of the Medicare business and sold it to BCBS who is under investigation by the Department of Justice for possible antitrust and price fixing violations. I wonder if CIGNA's employees know they they are being bought by a company under DOJ investigation? I wonder if the Medicare fraud that Rick Scott of Florida committed will pale in comparison? http://www.tennessean.com/article/20110329/BUSINESS05/103290313/-1/tn-dickson.dicksonherald.com/CIGNA-sell-Nashville-based-subsidiaryhttp://www.wvgazette.com/News/201103281478http://www.baltimoresun.com/business/bs-bz-care-first-justice-20110329,0,1034892.story?track=rss

1. I wonder why we don't manage our own Medicare instead |
of contracting it out to for profit companies.
