CNN "New Development": "Japan radiation levels at all time high"
Edited on Thu Mar-31-11 07:31 PM by Snoutport
CNN is reporting:

cesium in prefecture around plants.
beef with radiation in it.
they don't know where the seepage into the ocean is coming from but it must be pretty steady.

evacuation zone is 12 miles.... spikes in radiation up to 24 miles out. "government is comfortable with 12 miles"

1. Nothing to see here, move along
Where are they "everything is under control" people? I haven't seen them out for a while.

2. Well, yeah, it's Thursday. . . Wednesday's "all time high" is history. . .
and tomorrow will bring its own growing, glowing nightmares. . .

And it's only three weeks on . . . imagine September, 2012 . . .

3. "We're pumping 200 tons/day of water into the reactors-cum-sieves..."
and we're just mystified as to how radioactivity is showing up in the ocean."

"No, really, we are."

5. They are pumping tons of water into that plant...
...to cool down the nuclear reactions and stop it.

All of that radioactive material is saturated in the steam that is being
released from the plan. Tons of it daily.

Plutonium has been found near the plant, in the soil. Now, we discover that Cesium
is around the plant.

If that stuff is around the plant, it is no doubt in the steam that is being constantly
released from the plant--round the clock.

The question remains--radioactive substances are now showing up all over the US, and even
in our milk supply. They're testing radiation levels.

ARE THEY TESTING FOR PARTICULAR RADIOACTIVE SUbSTANCES---LIKE CESIUM, RADIOACTIVE IODINE-131 AND
PLUTONIUM??????

Those substances, if they get inside the body--nest in your thyroid and organs and cause cancer.

I'm tired of hearing how low, low, low the radiation levels are. Tell me something that matters--like
the which radioactive elements are here in the United States and at what concentrations? How about
some numbers on radioactive iodine and cesium levels???? THOSE are the facts that matter!

10. I comfort myself knowing that Jamie Dimon and Rush Limpballs
are breathing the same safe low radiation air we are.
Cheney? He prolly has his own DArth Vader breathing machine.

6. Seems like it is widening out a tiny bit everyday
like ripples in water...Will dumping cement on the reactors fix it? Or might this make it worse? Will people ever be able to move back? There are so many questions.

7. All time high but I'm sure they hasten to reassure us far, far below levels for concern.
Why do people believe these reports? Do they not recall BP?

9. I've given up being surprised... the government is really failing to admit reality here
and they are the only check on the obviously ignorant tempco...

Major clusterfuck for sure...
