|
This Okie is proud that I'm on the same side that they are something tells me that Wisconsin will be the beginning of the end of the putred period. Oh it'll take some time to get rid of them but the ball is rolling now and picking up speed.

The higher the turnout, the worse the odds for the repressives. They will surely take countermeasures, but what? Send out suicide drivers to ram every cab they see? As we've seen, the Nitwit Brigade likes its fights to be totally unfair, and to make damn sure they have no skin in the game when they're fleecing others. So that's probably not very likely. Too much chance of getting hurt oneself. How about poll watchers, demanding to see proof of how a voter arrived to cast a ballot, and threatening fines or jail time for anyone whose trip was "subsidized" by getting a lift from a friend, neighbor or cab? Of course there's no law against that, but Gov. Walker and his ilk are a lot bigger on threats than they are on the law, and scaring people is their weapon of choice.

23. They'll probably flood the cab companies with fake requests. |
|
That way either 1) the people who actually need rides will not be able to get through on the telephone, or 2) the cabs will be overwhelmed by taking the Walker operatives to the polls so won't be available to those who actually need rides.
I hope that I'm wrong.
