I don't care where they're stationed. Bring them home. Bring them ALL home. This Veteran wants his Brothers and Sisters to come home and STOP trying to make the world a better place when there are over 200 OTHER countries whose treasure should be shared in that effort.

Close the foreign bases we send our children to. Close them all. Let the "World" fend for itself for a while.

Think of the monetary savings. Close ALL the US military sites in all the other countries. Saves a pile of money just in lease payments for those sites. Saves another pile of money in salaries for any local civilian workers employed at those sites.

Spread all the returning military and their dependents (some are on accompanied tours) among the various downsized sites in the US. An immediate influx of money into those local economies.

Reduce the overall size of the military via normal attrition and reduced recruiting efforts.

Let the Department OF Defense become the Department FOR Defense.
