Hey tea baggers the stimulus worked
Edited on Fri Apr-01-11 09:15 AM by Botany
hey tea baggers the stimulus worked ..... funny when you inject capital into a capitalistic system you stimulate it.
now if the dems can not go along w/ all those stupid repug budget cuts .... more people working = more money
coming into the treasury = balancing the budget

We still need many more jobs but gaining jobs is better than shedding jobs which we were dumping 700,000/month
when W was leaving office.

1. And the tea baggers are trying to reverse it.
Why do they hate America?

3. because now they are so worried about the debt
funny not word one when W was spending $600,000 minute in borrowed money
on the Iraqi war. The cynic in me thinks their worries about the debt have more to
do w/ a black man being in the White House.

BTW did you see these people cheer when Clinton left a surplus?

5. Well, they could not wait to get their
grubby hands on the surplus - but that was the rich "Bush's-base" folk, who are now behind the baggers.

I do not understand where the morality of this country has gone and how that happened.

7. They are being used by the Koch Brothers and the like ....
.... you see we are the vast majority but by getting the old bigots all riled up and
having the control over the media they are made to seem much bigger than they
are. Divide and conquer that is what they have to do.

8. Of course everyone realizes...
..that the reason for the rebound was the tax cuts, right? Not any infrastructure spending, not any expansion of government spending on programs for the poor or unemployment or whatever. It was the tax cuts. And this most recent good news out today is clearly because of the tax cuts for the wealthy being extended.

Yeah. Not really. But everyone realizes that will be the conventional wisdom. And because "our side" relented and gave in on those tax cuts, there is clearly the cover of "bipartisan consensus" that tax cuts help the economy.

So yeah, good luck in any attempts to reverse that. Not that I believe they (meaning most of our elected dems) actually want to reverse it, but still. In theory I know there are still people who believe that they are on the side of the working poor and middle class.
