6. well, she's bound to get up again for another feeding sooner or later..... |
|
the nature sounds are so nice and peaceful...... (well, there's a hum of traffic and you can hear the occasional semi go by, but......)
That baby looked so cute, so silly! Little poofy-head, and can hardly sit up yet.

I thought it looked like some sort of fur-covered creature but can't tell more than that.
Amazing to watch!

5. Fortunately I live upriver in La Crosse, WI and at this time of year eagles are very common |
|
just a block from my house. I've seen up to a dozen at a time here on the Black River. Sitting on the ice, dive bombing and harassing the gulls.

14. OMG! I looked and the eagle was standing up, I saw the tiny new chick, and then |
|
the big eagle settled back down on the nest. Maneuvered the chick around to a comfy open spot in the pit of the nest, and edged the other two eggs out of the way. AMAZING!!!!!

15. I have a dumb question? |
|
Does that light bother the Eagles?
I have to assume it does not. Or at least I hope it doesn't. But a part of me wishes the light were taken away so the Eagles habitat could remain as "natural" as possible.
Thanks for the video and link.

I got to see the baby sleeping. A friend told me that this eagle ate just a while ago. Thanks again, I will come back again to see what happens next. :)
