8. In principle, I agree
But, in practicality, pretty much every industry human beings have ever engaged in has suffered fatalities: Fording rivers, building bridges, constructing skyscrapers, advancing into outer space, etc.

10. The OP wasn't about accidents in the course of normal operations. That is expected.
The OP was about the death of those engaged in the cleanup.

Cleaning up a nuclear accident, for example.

11. So, you are saying dead people in normal operations is A-OK, but dying while
cleaning up the mess said operation make is not? Silly poster, that doesn't make sense.
If for no other reason then dead people usually are the result of messes somehow.
