Exhibit #20,957,923,457 of "why black-and-white thinking pisses me off". |
|
Listen to me.
That lunatic Terry Jones is a douche.
The Taliban fundies in Afghanistan are bigger douches. (Well, at least those who killed people are.)
The doucheness of the Taliban does not, I repeat, does not make Terry Jones a non-douche.
Are we understood now? Great. Have a nice day.

3. Wait, so you're saying they can BOTH be douches? |
|
It's that kind of thinking that will ruin these boards.

That it has to be spelled out like that for people to get it. Here's another one. If he hadn't burnt that Qur'an to http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x4798553">prove that people would be killed, 20 murdered people will still be alive. K&R

7. Amazing, isn't it, that a person other than the murderer can be held responsible for a murder? |
|
Moreover, that such responsibility can be less than that of the actual murderers and yet more than "none"? How can this be?

8. I'm sure Charles Manson would agree with your wonderment. |
|
and if I misinterpreted your intentions apologies in advance. I just believe if you incite murder you are as responsible as the killers or why do we have guilt by association laws? Why isn't Manson out of prison? He didn't hold the knife but he put it in their hands. He's never going to see daylight and neither should this asshat.

12. Oh, good grief. Manson *conspired* with the folks who actually wielded the knives, and gave them |
|
their marching orders in person.
These anti-civil liberties arguments are really stretching all limits of credulity now.

6. So if Charles Manson and Adolf Hitler get into a fight |
|
Then you won't join one of the cheering sections?
How can this be?
