1. So... where is the follow up comment?
You know, the one in which the fact that Congress holds all the cards and Obama gets thrown under the bus anyway.

8. Put the blame where it belongs ON CONGRESS. They are the ones blocking the move
Edited on Mon Apr-04-11 04:51 PM by Tx4obama

the GOP and Congress have put up the road blocks and the defunding of moving the Gitmo detainees.

The actions of Congress prove that Obama is NOT King.

Edited: to correct typo.

Congress members have learned that sticking their neck out is dangerous. Most of them are cowards.

3. It will never be closed
So why even bother asking...the White House couldn't get the Democratic majority to provide the money to close the place...and the TeaPublicans sure aren't going to want the place closed.

And hasn't this question been asked here before?

Do I want it closed, hell yes, but the reality is that it's not meant to be.

4. It should never have been opened.
It was opened to conduct War Crimes.

7. You really think that was Eric Holder's motive? I don't.
Or perhaps you meant Dick Durbin and Mark Kirk's motives? I also don't think they did it simply for the outrage factor. That's overly simplistic.
