Mea culpa. I thought it was real, and typed an appropriate reply.

My radar should have gone up at the start. The notion that he would grant an interview to Matt Taibi is pretty far-fetched, let alone that he would let his suit of armor slip during a "coffee break." But I got sucked in -- maybe wish fulfillment that a GOPPer got caught telling the truth about their real views.

Anyone else? C'mon, admit it. Confession is good for the soul.

I immediately recalled this "interview" Taibbi did with Chimpy McSmirkface about two years ago. Come on, Taibbi said himself that Boner's the fakest most double-dealing snake-oil salesman governing the capitol right now, he's not going to sit down for a candid interview, much less with Taibbi.

12. the facts are, the sentiments seem real enough.

If an article came out that said Boner had an interview with Matt Taibbi where he complained that working class Americans were treated badly and the government needed to help them out, everyone would know it was fake. That an article could come out where Boner insults working people and people would believe the article, speaks volumes about Boner, not the reader.
