Let the the whole truth finally be told, someday soon.

2. As I have stated many times, I work at an MSHA governed place
And a couple of months ago I asked an inspector point blank, "Why isn't Blankenship in jail?" His answer was, "The investigation is still happening."
My thought is that he will never see the inside of a jail cell but some of his underlings will do serious time.

3. Blankenship is too big to jail?
He will skate away like the bandit that he is. A wealthy serial killer?

4. As I said...
I don't think he will ever see a jail cell. He has too many judges in his pocket and he will find a way to blame underlings, such as managers and foremen. Maybe even the miners themselves.

7. Sadly true. I think they teach that stuff in "RW Major Public Figure
Management School;" see Sheriff Joe Arpaio for an example.

8. Mass murderer
he killed his victims all at once (e.g. Columbine) rather than one by one.

And under murder-for-hire laws, if you pay for a hit (which he might as well have by skimping on safety), you are just as guilty as if you had pulled the trigger yourself.

9. The 29 died at one of his mine sites.

There have been several more fatalities at other Massey operations, while Donnie was at the wheel.

10. Oh goody. A serial mass murderer!
Good thing he's rich. Otherwise he'd be looking at life behind bars, since WV has no DP.

6. +1. Justice would be served if the cretin had to spend serious time
in his deathtraps; long enough to experience the terror of even a slight cave-in
