1. Maybe we should let Koran-burning "Pastor" Terry Jones
and one of Iran's (or Afghanistan's or Saudi Arabias') "Mullahs" do the same. :eyes:

12. No but if you put in a room with a muslim who would be extremely angry
about him burning the koran, its probably not going to end well. People like that killed a bunch of people because of a news story about him burning the book.

13. Apparently you think all Muslims to be killers...
How damned sad. Even angry people can come to an understanding. How do you think wars are ever settled, after all.

Despite the stereotype to which you obviously adhere, most Mullahs, Muttawahs, and other religious figures in Islam are not frothing violent extremists. It is likely the Florida "pastor" who would be unable to contain his verbage and behavior in a civil manner, quite frankly.

15. The way you posted the original post you basically implied
that we should put Jones in the room with one of those people who KILLED PEOPLE over this incident. And why would you put him in a room with an angry muslim if you didn't want said muslin to get violent with Jones?

18. Again, you are projecting your viewpoints. I never said anything like that.
Not very pleasant viewpoints and ones I hope you examine. I'll leave it at that.

7. "We've done all the compromising, Boner. Time to pull up your britches & man-up to that
sack-o-sh#t mob of teabaggers & yank 'em into reality."

"But I'm skeered, Harry. They've got firearms & they're looney enough to use them. You have the logical thinkers behind you."

10. That would be a great idea, keep alcohol out of that room
and Boehner will agree to everything as soon as he starts to shake from missing a pop or two.

11. Reid's virtue will be kept safe from Orange's boner by his magic underwear.
Okay, that is a very bad joke but it's the only one I've heard about our good Democratic leader and from fellow Democrats, too.

*hangs head in shame.*

Orange cries in public for sympathy while mocking the poor and disenfranchised.

I respect Harry Reid, he's had plenty to cry about with that wreck, yet remains the strong, gentle and quiet man that he is.

My money's on Reid in this fight. Give 'im hell, Harry!

19. very astute....
"...Political leaders everywhere have come to understand that to govern they must learn how to act......who are we really voting for -- the self-possessed character who projects dignity, exemplary morals and forthright courage enough to lead us in war or depression, or is he simply good at characterizing a counterfeit with the help of professional coaching, executive tailoring, and that whole armory of pretense which the grooming of the president can now employ? Are we allowed anymore to know what is going on not in the candidate's facial expression and his choice of suit, but in his head? Unfortunately, as with Ben Ami, this is something we are not told until he is securely in office and his auditioning ends. After spending tens of million of dollars both candidates -- at least for me -- never managed to create that unmistakable click of recognition as to who they really were. But maybe this is asking too much. As with most actors, maybe any resemblance between them and their roles is purely accidental..."

...we all need to be smart enough to know that this is a game, there is a club that they belong to (that we don't and never will) and we are mostly adversely affected by it

Maybe they'll flash back to all the wacky times they've had together?

20. Boehner has the weight advantage,
...but Reid was a good boxer in his younger days.

However, Reid hasn't FOUGHT for anything in a long time.

Who will STAND and FIGHT for THIS American Majority?
Lofty Rhetoric, Broken Promises, and Whiny Excuses mean NOTHING now.
"By their WORKS you will know them,"
and by their WORKS they will be judged.
