2. I think 40 was already included in the CR's. So the 33 is what they are talking about now but it is

a total of 73 when added to the already done 40.

5. I had read in the paper and heard on tv that the proposed cuts were 63 billion

Then the Democrats said 32 B. Then the TPRepbubs said 100 B, then the Democrats said 33 B.

Now it is 73B per Obama
