Judge Prosser himself has stated that he's a stalwart interpreter of the law, rendering judicial decisions without fear or favor. Surely the Republicans are not conceding a political agenda is at stake amongst the sober justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court? Although a check of the comments to this story indicates that yes indeed, the mask is slipping and ready to come off. If the will of the people, as expressed in their election of a Supreme Court Justice isn't to their liking, the "patriots" in Wisconsin are more than willing to just subvert that part of the system, too.
