Tsunami Roof Dog : Tsunami Dog Reuniting With Owner Video

With a slew of sad stories that follow the devastating Japanese tsunami, this one is sure make you smile.

After three weeks at sea, a Japanese Coast Guard helicopter reportedly spotted a dog floating on a roof (a mile off of land). They rescued the pup and reunited it with its overjoyed owner.
