2. I thought their "total precincts reporting" was off.
I'm trying to eyeball what's left to count, and they appear to be in counties where she is ahead.

140 is way too many in my opinion.

9. According to a friend of mine monitoring
It is easier to identify the number of votes then where they came from.
The votes came in very quickly and identifying the precincts is second to logging the number of votes
