2. I doubt that. They won't be sending out refunds but they will certainly |
|
expect us to send them what we owe. You can count on it!

The very people who are behind the insanity in Washington, ignore April 15th anyway, for the most part.

6. The Big Boner would become the big loner if the money really stopped. |

I wish I could have a total tax holiday like the top 2% enjoy.
Half of the government "SHUT DOWN" the day Obama won his election in 2008. The Repubs do so little, it's a wonder the buzzards haven't eaten them all. Newtism is alive and well in GOPerland. Maybe we can name the next bondage bar after Newt.

5. Since taxes aren't due until April 18th this year, April 15th already means nothing. (nt) |

Republicans are never bothered by facts, dates or figures, if those items are not something to ignore, forget or steal.

10. Your tax return will STILL be due on April 15, regardless. If you're expecting a refund, |
|
that may take longer to process.
The mail will still be delivered, as the postal system is unaffected by the shutdown.

13. I was amazed how fast my check cleared last year. If you're waiting |
|
for a refund the old fashioned way it takes forever. They don't waste any time getting their money though. They must have check scanners right at their desk, review the return real quick and suck up the money. I put it in the mail and the check cleared I think four days later. Whatever you do, don't think you can float it for a week.
