Savannah Guthrie is actually asking Michele Bachmann to back up her absurd claims.

Wow. I think it shows the media takes her as an un-electable lightweight, otherwise they'd be fawning all over her. Savannah ran a clip of all her lies, reminded her they were proven false by PoliticFact, and ask why she should be taken seriously. Bachmann blamed all the pundits, so Savannah asked why she cries about personal responsibility for everyone else, but won't take responsibility for her own words. Cool.

Still, it ended rather limply, but Guthrie got some good whacks in. Doesn't bode well for Bachmann...everyone knows that if you're truly viable, the media will hold your hand all the way through...or at least until the ad dollars dry up.
