2. So confused
This is so confusing to me. She was up by 450 and her lead has dropped down to 310, yet we're still at the same number (5) precincts. Do they report precinct results in chunks?

20. There are 760 unreported voted from Lake Mills
If Prosser keeps his margin for Jefferson county (58%) the apx 441 votes will go Prosser, apx 319 will go Kloppenburg, which still leaves Kloppenburg in the lead by apx 118 votes.

And then we finish counting Milwaukee.

21. Yes, free recount - absolutely
if the difference is less that .5%, recount is free, but my understanding is there is no auto-recount.

As of now, the difference is .02%
