That precinct is from Jefferson county which leans Prosser by 58%. With approximately 760 votes left to count, if he gets 58% that will give him about 441 votes and her 319. If this holds, she wins.

I can't believe that this precinct is being held up because they can't count the last 24 paper ballots (of the 700 to 760 votes cast there) because a quorum is not present to do so!
