Teen catches drunken Pawlenty campaign worker banging on her back door at 3 a.m.
Chloe Steward, a 15-year-old girl in Ankeny, Iowa, woke at 3 a.m. to find Benjamin Foster, a consultant for Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R-MN), banging on her back door.

Foster was arrested and charged with public intoxication and trespassing, according to KCCI.

“The Steward family said Foster was drunk and was trying to get home to a friend’s house in Johnston,” the station reported. “They said he vomited in their backyard and scared their daughter.”

1. Not too bright
Lots of people in Iowa like to hunt and own firearms. This guy is lucky that the homeowner either didn't pull a gun or doesn't own one.
Drunk, 3 AM, harassing a teen age girl. That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

5. According to Googlemaps
The distance between Ankeny and Johnston is roughly ten miles.

And according this story, the friend in Johnston isn't exactly qualified for the job!

9. Dad keeps his gun in a safe
Well, if you keep a gun in the house, that's a pretty good place to keep it. Good for him!
