Though I'm sure it's been thought of by now. A box left behind in some conservative precinct with 7000 ballots, 85% for Prosser. I am cynical.

Though, they knew it would be close so I would think if they were going to do something fraudulent it would be something that wouldn't end up in a recount. Too much scrutiny.
