2. I would go with military ballots too. Gore made a huge tactical
error in letting irregular military ballots be counted without challenging them.

7. I really don't think there's anything Gore could have done to prevent being denied the POTUS.

Anymore than there's anything Kerry could have done to stop it happening to him. The system was totally and completely rigged against those outcomes from the start, and society at large was still not ready to confront the reality of election fraud.

9. I don't necessarily agree, It would have been pretty outrageous
for the Supreme Court to say the winner in Florida actually lost. I don't know that they'd have gone that far.
