1. I'm torn between her,Colbert, and Hartmann. Though a lot of the other choices are good as well. |

3. Rachel educates - clear and concise |
|
making it easy to understand the stakes. Colbert is amazing - but he's more insider humor to me.

5. Good point on Colbert. |
|
It's really between Rachel and Thom. Its really hard to choice because I learn so much from both of them, its just Thom was the first mainstream progressive I heard, I didn't get MSNBC till a few months ago.

7. I don't have cable, but catch them on video |

I'm really partial to Rachel. She is fearless, and often out front talking about things before the others pick it up. I can see the dilemma with Thom though. Nice choice to have!

9. I used to catch the tail end of her radio show on my way to the gym back in 05. |
|
I felt she sounded a bit strained on the radio. TV is a far better medium for her, IMO. She just seems more welcoming on TV. On the radio, I felt a bit estranged from her...

10. She is amazing. Clear, concise and cogent in a way Olbermann never was. |
|
And just as passionate, without all his histrionics.
