Because I really can't tell right now...

2. If the past is any indication, we've done a complete 360.
So, yes and yes.

3. Wow! What syncronicity! I just answered a PM.......
with something that suits this post perfectly.

To answer your basic questions, IMO, we don't really know. We're REALLY late to be turning this class massacre into a class war. If not for the overreach by the capitalists and their toadies (the Republicans), we'd have lost without a whimper and maybe without even knowing we'd lost. Within 5 years we'd have been an overt corporate fascist state in all, but name only with all the repression that that implies. THIS was the end game.

But because the timing was just a LITTLE too early for the overreach, we've got a chance. Because of the overreach, there's been a HUGE uptick in actual class consciousness and it's also been a RAPID growth. And that's the only chance we have. We STILL outnumber them MASSIVELY and if we say "NO!" we CAN make it stick IF most of us know exactly what we're saying no to.

So we've got a chance, but we've got to keep it up. Educate/agitate like your life depends on it. Because it does. ALL of our lives depend on it.

4. We'll have turned the corner when the laws
that have taken away workers' rights to collectively bargain have been reversed and when the funding for programs for the poor have been restored.
