1. What's the point in raising funds for a recount? The ballots are signed,
sealed and delivered. Will they try to pressure officials?

2. I think the state pays for the recount if the difference between
candidates is under a certain percentage. Someone posted the rule manual earlier. Is he making a money grab?

Well sure, Republicans never miss an opportunity to pick the pockets of their idiot follows. That and money to buy attorneys, outside of what the state will fund, to try and help muck up the recount more which gives them more issues to make a legal challenge with.

I knew a bunch of attorneys that went to Ohio from another state during the 04 Presidential election debacle to do just that.
