Kid Killer Jason Bush to Join Accomplice Shawna Forde on Death Row for Deadly 2009 Attack on Arivaca Family

Jason Bush, the kid-killing accomplice of Minutewoman Shawna Forde, will join his murderous
cohort on death row, a Tucson jury decided today.

Bush was found guilty last monthd in the murders of an Arivaca man and his daughter in May 2009.

In addition to the two first-degree murder convictions for the murders of Raul "Junior" Flores and
his 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia, at their home in Arivaca, Bush also was found guilty of attempted
first-degree murder of Gina Marie Gonzalez, Flores' wife, as well as of one count of burglary,
one count of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault: deadly weapon/dangerous instrument,
one count of armed robbery, and one count of aggravated armed robbery.

In February, Forde also was found guilty in the murders and sentenced to death.

3. Good..
however, it shouldn't take an average of 25 years in Arizona or anywhere else to carry out a death sentence. Lets fast track these appeals, and get it over with..

4. Screw that...this is serious business, putting someone to death...
you have to be sure it is done right, and besides, maybe not in the case, there are far too many times when prosecutors get it wrong.

I thought you believed in the concept of an "obviously guilty felon"... :eyes:

No one is claiming Bush shouldn't get to exhaust all his legal options. All I'm saying, is that for it to take 25 years from the time sentenced is pronounced until it's carried out is ridiculous.
