Are Republicans about to hand 7,000 votes to Prosser through electoral fraud?
Many of you may have heard that http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/264209/breaking-computer-error-gives-prosser-7381-more-votes-almost-certain-victory-christian">7,000 votes are about to be added to Prosser's total because of a supposed computer error. It just so happens that the computer error may have happened because a Republican County Clerk was keeping the vote tallying software on her personal PC and refused to have it audited:

Waukesha - The County Board's Executive Committee has ordered an audit of the county clerk's election equipment and system beginning with the September primary despite several memos she sent to the committee over the weekend defending her practices and resisting the move.

County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus has maintained that as the one in charge of elections, she is responsible for the security and operation of the system. However, other county officials say they worry about the integrity of the old equipment and the system she's using and whether she has adequate backup.

County Corporation Counsel Thomas Farley told the committee Monday that as an elected official with responsibility for elections, "If she wants to keep everything secret, she probably can.

"I don't know if that's wise or what she should do, but if she wants to and the public is satisfied that that's what they want - someone who keeps everything secret - that's up to them."

http://www.jsonline.com/news/waukesha/100890299.html

Kathy Nickolaus is the past President of the Republican Women of Waukesha Executive Committee.

32. I pray that she has altered computer records to give advantage to
the republican. That action would invalidate her county's vote. Her county was single-handedly responsible for keeping the republican in the race, giving him around 90,000 votes. The republican won the county by a margin of about 78% to 22%. Doubtful that an investigation will give him any more vote, but an investigation will likely take thousands of votes from the republican.

2. If what they are saying is true, it should be very easy to verify. They are claiming they forgot a
whole city.

So just add the votes from all the other cities in the county, and see if it adds up to the previous reported total. If so, they forgot to report an entire city.

52. Yes, the brain-washed ones. The Repubs. have been working
hard over ownership of newsmedia for more than a centuryl. Today they own
90% of the newsmedia industry. After more than a century of propaganda and
lies, half of our nation have been brain-washed and will automatically do
as the media tell them.l

The Repubs have been working hard, long and persistently. It was planned.
And they've got what they've worked for -- even though much of what they do
is based on propaganda and lies, and the profits and benefits would go to
themselves, and at everyone else's expense. The Neocons' motto: I, me, myself.

bible while proclaiming how they are watering the tree of liberty, but in effect they are doing the bidding of their worst enemy. Our country is under siege with the most manipulative propaganda probably ever fostered on a county in such an insidious manner, but so many are so naive.

8. It should be simple enough to tell.
If the original reports to the AP don't include an entire town... then it's incompetance but not fraud.

If there is reporting for each of the precincts at something like predictable turnout levels and now the numbers are much higher... then it's fraud.

The "good" news here is that it should be easy to see.

Edited on Thu Apr-07-11 06:06 PM by yourout
cross checked with poll books will show a discrepancy of vote totals from precincts but
if the recount is prevented no one will know and the only way they can prevent the recount
is to push the margin outside the 1/2 percent for the free recount trigger and hope like hell
we won't fund one.

My guess is they have been screwing with the totals earlier and know that a recall may land someone in jail.
They just underestimated the amount the needed to win.

Blood in the streets.

They have pushed the people of Wisconsin all during this showdown. They have accused them of being dirty hippies who stank up the capitol and vandalized it. They have locked them out and tried to take away all their rights.

So far, the people have worked peacefully through legal channels.

The next step might be a general strike. Or...

If they get angry enough to retaliate forcefully, the repuke jerks will say, "See? We told you so."

If they take things into their own hands, maybe my hands will be there to help. We have all had enough of their cheating and stealing.

And these county results were being held on someone's personal computer . . . someone who has refused in the past to have her system audited.

the artical states that the entire city of Brookfield was left out, and that nearly 14000 people voted, right?

It then goes on to say that a net 7381 votes will be added to Posser, right?

What the article fails to state is how many votes will be added to Koppenburg...

And, finally, the article also gets the facts wrong:

"While many believed a recount was inevitable, the addition of the Brookfield votes for Prosser could push the justice’s lead beyond the legal threshold that would trigger an automatic recount."

There is no automatic recount.

As should be expected with a report that appears on National Review - something smells like shit.

30. Democrats must demand a re-vote in that county. The county went
like 78% for the republican. How can he get 7,000 or even 200 more vote there. The county kept the republican in the race. The registrar obviously does not realize that altered computer records can easily be shown to have been altered. If the alteration favors the republican, the change can invalidate all votes from that county.

In 2006:

"County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus said some returns from the city of Waukesha inexplicably had data recorded in the wrong column, which momentarily skewed the results.

Nickolaus and her staff resorted to correcting the city's results manually - a process that continued until 1:00 am with staffers poring over a blizzard of numbers on computerized printouts."
