28. To be fair, I can understand a Supervisor of Elections talking to political groups

Our non-partisan supervisor, Ion Sancho, meets with Democratic and Republican organizations all the time, teaching us how to register people to vote and how to encourage voting. At least that is what he talked to our DEC about. He also meets with the League of Women Voters, various civic groups and any group that wants to listen to him that he thinks might encourage voting.

Come to think about it, I am not so sure he HAS talked to the Republicans - they probably don't want to hear his message!
