Vote totals provided by Nickolaus gives exactly 200 more votes for Prosser than Brookfield reported
So I'm looking at the election numbers reported for Brookfield on election night and on Wednesday, and notice they're different than Kathy Nickolaus' numbers. Here's the breakdown:

Election night
City of Brookfield submits votes to county clerk for Supreme Court election and reports results to the public:
10,859 for Prosser
3,456 for Kloppenburg

Wednesday
The Brookfield Patch reports the election results for Brookfield, broken down by ward, and the totals were:
10,859 for Prosser
3,456 for Kloppenburg

Thursday
Kathy Nickolaus holds a press conference announcing that she made some errors, the biggest of which was not including the Brookfield votes in the file sent to the GAB for official counts. She announces totals for Brookfield:
11,059 for Prosser
3,456 for Kloppenburg

Wait... what? The City of Brookfield sent her 10,859 votes for Prosser, but now she's claiming a new total of 11,059? Where'd the 200 votes come from?

5. .5% for a free recount. .5% to 2% costs $5 a ward. 2% difference, candidate pays

full cost of the recount. Currently close to the .5% threshold, I believe. There are no automatic recounts.

2. Vote padding?
A full investigation is needed. Kloppenberg must NOT concede this race!

3. IF this is not b.s. - she should be fired immediately for incompetence.
Never mind - she is incompetent and should be fired. Period.

4. Wasn't there some other place that had a typo which gave Prosser an additional
200 votes? I thought it was a city, but perhaps it was a precinct/suburb underneath the "Brookfield" umbrella.

7. The additional 200 votes were from elsewhere in Waukesha and mentioned before the press conference.

9. What are the chances of 200 votes for Prosser and not one for Kloppenburg?
I understand this is a very Republican county, but if they are adding votes on from elsewhere in the county it seems like both candidates totals would go up a little.
