no sex education (thank you Puritan Republicans)
no condoms or birth control methods (other than rhythm method, thank you Vatican)
no discussion of alternate means of birth control other than the rhythm method (thank you "Think of the CHILDREN!!!)
no access to womens' health care information for lower wage women ...
no access to womens' health care period (thank you "we can't fund anybody who provides abortion, because, even though it's illegal to spend federal dollars on abortion, we can't take the risk that anybody might spend a penny on abortion.", which, when it comes to giving money to defense contractors or fundraisers for Republicans, is ironically not even close to being on the radar ... misspent federal $$$ ... unless the fundraiser paid a penny to a Dem)
no access to first term abortion for low-income women who can't afford to travel long distances to find a doctor who would take little (or no) $$$, even to save the mother's life, to perform an "illegal" abortion ...
no access to prenatal health care, so ...
no access to anything but the emergency room for health care, and thus a much higher chance of a healthy pregnancy and childbirth ...
no money for taking care of special-needs children ...
no money for day care, which the mother would need to have so that she could go to work to afford anything else (including enough food to feed them) ...

8. We were watching the news last night on the local FOX affiliate |

There was a story on parents of autistic children and the care their children need as they get older. Of course, there was no mention made of Republicans cutting social programs with abandon.
Shorter Republican Party: Only sluts have sex, and we only care until the resulting fetus is born.

and other Rethugs need to realize that women make up more than half the population. I can only hope that women voters realize which party is on their side and which party wants to keep them barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.
