this is what I get for changing news channels :/ Are they trying to defund Planned Parenthood everywhere, or just in D.C.? One channel says one thing, and another says something else...and no, Faux is not one of those channels.
Help!

Sec. 4013 - Prohibits funds to the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc., or any of its affiliates.
Sec. 1590 - Prohibits DC from using its own, non-federal funds, for abortion services.
