Can anyone find the press conference of Boehner talking about the people who will be hurt by shutdown

I swear I heard a press conference with the orange man talking about all the people who will lose services due to a government shut down. And the people he listed, will lose the services if the GOP budget passes.

The clip I heard would have been from yesterday or last night, I heard it on the TV on my way out the door this morning and had to do a double take. I have not been able to locate it but think we should exploit the hypocrisy within it.

people will lose access to essential services... that will be decimated when the budget passes.
