Why is Senator Gillibrand going to do a fundraiser for a group that campaigns against Democrats?
BIG NEWS: Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will deliver the welcoming remarks at our big event on May 18th. And, watch for more big announcements!

And please: we have events all year round, but this event is when we raise the monies needed to do the work we do all year. If you like what this organization does to improve the lives of women and girls, please

Yep, the Palin Agenda has managed to sucker in a good Democratic Senator

http://www.thenewagenda.net/2011/04/02/our-big-news-and-you/

I have a great deal of respect for Senator Gillibrand, she has more than proven herself. Her researchers, with this decision. Not so much.

The founding members of The New Agenda were racist PUMA sites; Together4US, Party Unity My Ass (PUMA), Larry Johnson's IOwnMyVote, Just Say No Deal and Vote Democracy ’08. The infamous PUMA

Siskind is a regular poster and front pager at the racist and sexist NoQuarter hate site run by Republican Larry Johnson. A site whose hatred got so out of hand the blog owner threatened to call the Secret Service on his own readers.

The New Agenda has primarily been used as a tool to promote Sarah Palin on supposedly Democratic forums such as the Huffington Post and CNN who use Siskind as evidence that the Obama administration is sexist. She is also a regular on the Republican website the Daily caller.

The New Agenda is the only women's groups that quite openly says if you are a woman concerned about racism go elsewhere

In reading our blog, we seem to hitting against a new issue – the issue of racism. I would make the same request of our viewers. There are many wonderful national organization devoted to speaking out against racism. For those of you that find your life impacted by the color of your skin, you will probably prefer to join organizations which are devoted to that important issue.

Senator, I implore you. Do not lend credibility to these bunch of racist Palinites.

4. Oh, boy. I took a look at that site and the most recent article lumped Hillary Clinton
With Sarah Palin. Yikes! That's what the GOP tried to do in 2008, imagining that Hillary supporters would switch their allegiance to Sarah Palin, just because she's another woman. Those two women have nothing in common except a couple of chromosomes. :eyes:

Thanks for pointing this out. All New Yorkers should give her office a call about this. I have had a lot of admiration for what Kirsten has been able to accomplish in such a short time, and I've been especially proud since she was my congresswoman since 2006, here in NY-20. :(

5. Have a look at their posts on Daily Caller and HuffPo.
They really do make Freepers look sane.

Then read their stance on abortion.

7. For God's sake, Kirsten is somewhat liberal.
She's clearly pro-choice and is in favor of gay marriage... Just because she's a woman doesn't mean she's one of them, not by a long shot. She needs to hear from all of us. :(

11. Well, she really doesn't need the support of the likes of that group
She won big in November, had to run for the seat since she was initially appointed by Governor Paterson to replace Hillary Clinton. And, like Hillary, I can't even remember who ran against her, maybe I never did...

And I can't even imagine what she could possibly have in common with Michele Bachmann. If you remember, one of her closest friends in Congress was Gabrielle Giffords. She was there when Ms. Giffords first opened her eyes. :)

6. The same reason the new Chairperson of the DNC...
...refused to endorse Democrats in Florida in 2010, and instead, helped Republicans to get elected.

They are following the President's lead.
Helping Republicans is the new Normal for the Centrist New Democrat Party.

Who will STAND and FIGHT for THIS American Majority?
Lofty Rhetoric, Broken Promises, and Whiny Excuses mean NOTHING now.
"By their WORKS you will know them,"
and by their WORKS they will be judged.

10. Today,she was on msnbc...
and whoever it was that was interviewing her asked her why there were no republicon women standing with the Dems and don't they care about womens rights. Gillibrand said that republicon women believe in womens rights like Democratic women do she was stumbling almost and apologizing for the republiCON women would weren't there.

Then one of the Sanchez sisters was on Hannity and he asked her if she agreed with what Eleanor holmes norton said on video about republiCONS can go to hell,Hannity asked her if she agreed with her and she said maybe not one of the statements and he asked which one and she began stumbling and we all know if this was a republicon they would speak up for their party member no matter what.

This is why Dems get their asses kicked up and down the beltway. They are in it for themselves not all but many..

I had to do a double take if this were a republicon Bachmann,Palin, michelle malkin,etc..You know what the response would have been.

And they ask how do the Cons get away with what they do and it is because most Dems are working on their agenda and poke their heads out of their hole when they think everyone is looking at them, then they jump on the bandwagon while daily they help the Republicons to work against us..
