2. Oh finally, can Colorado finally fucking remove the TABOR law off their lawbooks?

I have relatives that have been bitching about TABOR and the fact that it prevents Colorado from doing what's right with the money (i.e., schools, essential services, etc).

Doug Bruce is the author of that infernal bill.

3. The only good thing about TABOR ...

... is that tax increases have to be approved by a vote of the people -- and Coloradans have approved a lot of tax increases.

Unfortunately, the Democratic Party establishment in this state is afraid to propose a repeal of TABOR because they don't want to the risk of being labeled by the Repuglicans as "big taxers."

But TABOR should be repealed or replaced by a more progressive tax policy.

He should have been tossed in prison years ago, but somehow, always managed to get his loony ass out of trouble. He ended up in Colorado Springs which has now become like everything BUT a Colorado city. I remember when it was normal and when the Dutch windmill restaurant thing meant you had hit Denver. Ah, the good old days.
