give up in order to avoid a gov't shutdown?..If this went by the way of the negotiations for the Healthcare bill,the banking bill,I was wondering if we still had Medicare and Social Security??

2. I think not much has been said because no one knows the details

yet. Last night, while listening to Lawrence O'Donnell, comments were made that the people in the Senate & the House were voting on a bill that they dont know wat the contents are. They know the overall #'s but they don't know what exactly has been cut. They have until net Thur or Fri to find out what's in there & decide if they are going to vote for it or not.
