Robt Riche is right....we supposed to be spending more to kick start the econ
Cutting deadwood is one thing but the main path is to increase $$$ flow...not curtail.

When there is money....it is spent....producing taxes down hill....cutting programs increases unemployment....disaster

that may loosen up some cash.

3. get the rich to pay their fair share of taxes would do it too
or cut the defense budget by 3 billion or so would do it also...
