Justices Scalia, Thomas and Alito and Chief Justice Roberts and probably Justice Kennedy (the usual suspects) will say that Obama has no right to be president. The majority opinion, written by CJ Roberts, will cite Scott v. Sanford as precedent. In a concurring opinion written by J Scalia and joined by J Thomas, Scalia will argue that the Constitution guarantees Afro-Americans no rights and it was never the intent of the founding fathers that they should have any. When some smart ass reporter (obviously part of the librul media) asks why J Thomas has a seat on the Court, Scalia just shrugs his shoulders and says, "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain."
